Acoustic Perimeter Seals
The acoustic perimeter seals are yet another specialized product offered by us. It seals any given room from smoke and achieves acoustic performance. It can be placed between the door and door frame. For various applications, we offer in-groove, self-adhesive, surface mounted and rebated acoustic perimeter seals.
Schall-Ex® AP 1018 S
Designed especially for flush doors, this particular product gives a sound reduction of 49dB over a 5mm gap and 44dB over a 6.5mm gap. The product is smoke tested and has an integrated thread that prevents stretching.
PS Series
Other products in the PS series are as follows:
- PS1212P : It is well known as a corner seal or a Bat wing seal suitable for smoke
protection and sound insulation with self-adhesive backing tape. - PS0604S : Made for timber doors. These are tubular in shape and come in various
parameters. - PS810TE : With its feature of easy installation, this particular product is a stop mounted compression seal.
- PS788S : With a large tolerance compensation, the product is built for sound insulation in the shape of a bulb.
